Florida United Promoters Series Super Late Models returns to Citrus County Speedway for The Hoosier 100
The Florida United Promoters Series Super Late Models returns to the “Friendliest Track in The South” Citrus County Speedway for The Hoosier 100 this Saturday. After a month long layoff the Supers will be back in action. Expecting to challenge points leader Wayne Anderson of Wildwood with six wins will be Brooksville’s Daniel Webster with two wins of his own. Naples competitors Billy Bigley Jr. and his son Dylan Bigley will make the long haul to seek their first win of the season. Jesse Dutilly out of Sarasota will challenge, also schedule to join are Jeff Scofield, Daryl Shelnut, Anthony Sergi, Daniel Keene. Citrus regulars Todd Brown, Herb Neumann Jr. & Scott Grossenbacher will also join in the hunt for that first FUPS win. “Young Guns”, Anthony Cataldi, Randy Anderson, Brooke Store, David Green are expected as well.

ANTIOCH, Calif. – Sept. 8, 2013 – Kyle Larson held off Jonathan Allard to lead a Golden State podium sweepon Sunday night at Antioch Speedway for his second World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series victory of the season and the fourth series win of his career.
(NEWTON, Iowa) – Grant Enfinger picked up a new sponsor this week that allowed him to come to Iowa Speedway. It turned out to be a good move. Enfinger, in the No. 90 Motor Honey-Casite-Advance Ford, won the Prairie Meadows 150, for his second victory of the season.
BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 7) – Dylan Smith heads the list of first-time champions crowned Saturday night at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s.
COLUMBUS, MS – William Thomas of Phenix City, AL battled to his third Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series win of the season on Sunday night in the Carl Hogan Automotive 50 at Magnolia Motor Speedway driving the Alexander’s Industrial Service GRT. The lead changed hands three times before Thomas took command on lap 41 and collected the $3,000 top prize.
Saturday Night Auburndale Speedway was an action packed night of racing. We had eight classes competing and putting on a show for the fans. The winners in each class are as follows:
MERIDIAN, MS – Tim Busha of Boaz, AL took the win in a wild finish of the Nelson Hall Chevrolet 50 for the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series on Saturdaynight at Whynot Motorsports Park driving the Kilpatrick Racing GRT. Lap 49 saw two lead changes, contact, and the top three positions change hands before the checkered flag fell.
CHICO, Calif. – Sept. 7, 2013 – Two-time World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series champion Jason Meyers hadn’t been in a racecar since June 15, but no one would’ve guessed it on Saturday night after he made a mid-race pass for the lead and drove to victory in the 60th Gold Cup Race of Champions at Silver Dollar Speedway.
