David and Buzzie Reutimann To Invade Thunder Mountain Raceway Park
(Center Lisle, NY) NASCAR star David Reutimann, driver of the Tommy Baldwin Racing #10 and his legendary father Buzzie from Zephyrhills, Fl. will be in attendance this Friday night August 3rd. They will both be meeting and greeting fans, signing autographs and chatting with everyone during the course of the race night. Best of all, they will strap their helmets on and battle with the Sportsman Modified drivers during Friday nights’ racing activities, hoping to show their dirt driving skills to all the folks in attendance.
David, a two time winner in NASCAR’S top division sharpened his racing skills on the dirt tracks in florida early in his career before he moved into the asphalt ranks on up to NASCAR where he has enjoyed some success with racings’ best. (more…)
Salem, IN August 1, 2012) – The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance will head to Berlin Raceway in Marne, Michigan, just Northwest of Grand Rapids. Saturday’s race at the 7/16’s mile tricky oval will be the 10th race in the 14 race 2012 schedule for the template bodied crate motor late model series sanctioned by Champion Racing Association. .

Charlotte, NC 7/30/12– Kyle Grissom was declared the winner of the PASS South Southern Sizzler 150 at the Orange County Speedway Saturday night when rain showers moved in on the 3/8th mile track with just five laps remaining picking up his third series win of 2012. Grissom took the lead down the back stretch from the fourth starting position and never looked back leading all 145 laps of green flag racing.
Clermont, IN (July 27, 2012) – Boris Jurkovic and Erik Darnell led the field to the green flag to start the Fatheadz 100 presented by Team Construction at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis. 100 laps later 14 year old Kyle Benjamin became the youngest driver to win an ARCA/CRA Super Series event in dominating fashion as he beat back a challenge from Kenzie Ruston near the half way mark to win by 1.407 seconds. Ruston finished second, Travis Sauter third, Daniel Hamric fourth and Terry Fisher, Jr fifth.
13 Super Late Models came to the green for their 35 lap feature with Randy Anderson (4) on the pole with his sharp looking new body. Anderson would jump out to the early lead with outside pole sitter Drew Brannon (82) falling into the second position. Brannon would go to work on Anderson for the lead right away, taking away the top spot on lap 6. Brannon would bring 6th place starter Herb Neumann Jr (98) with him to the 2nd position. The field would be slowed for it’s 1st caution at lap 11 for contact between Todd Brown (23) and Steve King (16).
