Coughlin Gets Third Straight at Baer Field Motorsports Park
Salem, IN (May 22, 2016) – Cody Coughlin continued his winning streak with the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS Saturday night, getting his third series win in a row by winning the Summit City 100 at Baer Field Motorsports Park. For the second race in a row the final laps came down to a battle between Coughlin and leading Senneker Performance Rookie of the Year candidate Dalton Armstrong on a late restart with Coughlin coming out on top by a little over a half second.
“This is great getting three wins in a row,” remarked Coughlin in victory lane. “My crew has worked really hard and given me great cars, I have to thank them and my family for the great support. This track is old and wore out, you really had to drive the car and try to save tires, and I think that’s what helped us get the win tonight.” (more…)
