Kyle Larson Reinstated by NASCAR and some other driver news tops a big day of announcements.

Kyle Larson will be reinstated in January 2021 in which was a good move in the right direction by NASCAR. The question is where will he end up. All signs pint to Hendricks Motorsports as today iit was announced Eric Jones Would go to Petty Motorsports and Chase Briscoe will join the 14 team of Stewart-Hass racing.

But a Great day for a great guy who loves racing.

Tim Powers wins the Dirt’s 4 Racing Gary Gay Memorial at East Bay Raceway Park

What at night at East Bay Raceway Park where 30 Dirt’s 4 Racing Street stocks showed up to take home the win in the Gary Gay memorial, but in the end Tim Powers would end up in Victory lane.

What a great race! Thank you to the 30 street stocks that made the call tonight to honor Gary Gay. We had our second bmain this season amazing! Thank you to our fans, drivers,crews, and Eastbay. Congratulations
Tim Powers on your second consecutive win for this race. It was a three way battle Brian Morgan, Tim Powers, and Tim Gay battled for first most of the race! Watch the replay it was a great race!

BG Southern Sprint car Shootout Series Returns to 4-17 Southern Speedway this weekend

Come out this weekend and see if John Inman can win 4 in a row or if Traveling Troy DeCaire can break his streak.

4-17 Southern Speedway is back in action this Saturday, October 10th. A night of wheel to wheel battles with: the Street Stock Battle Royale 100 lap segment race, Southern Series Winged Sprint cars, TQ Midgets, V8 Bombers, & Outlaw Modifieds. Tickets 10/10/20: Pits- $35. Grandstands: $20 adults; $18 seniors, Military, & 1st Responders (all w/ valid ID); $13 students 6-17 (w/ valid ID). Pit gates open 12pm, Grand stand gates open 4pm, Qualifying & heat laps at 6pm, and racing actions begins at 7pm. Face masks are recommended – but are not required. 4-17 Southern Speedway is a family friendly venue ~ where everybody is always welcome. Located: 8655 Piper Rd, Punta Gorda, Fl 33982.
