26 years ago today a Family was forever changed. A terrible accident left them shocked, their friends saddened, and brought a racing community closer than ever before!

Since that time we’ve run a race to honor them and to keep their memories alive. This year All-Tech Raceway & Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model division would like to invite you and your family to help us pay tribute to the six lives lost in that tragic accident on 6-7-1995.

“The Powell Family Memorial” is more than a race. It’s an event that brings old friends together while forming new friendships all in their names, Ashley & Nicole Powell, Buddy & Elizabeth Powell, C.J. Powell, and Loveda McNair!

Bill Bigley Sr. Memorial Winner and Start Money announced for this years race at 4-17 Southern Speedway on 11/27/2021

On Behalf of 4-17 Southern Speedway (Joe and Janet), the Bigley Family, Sunshine State Racing and Karnac.com we would like to announce the general details and Winning and start money for the Bill Bigley Sr. Memorial 128 on 11/27/201 at the 4-17 Southern Speedway.

This Years Bill Bigley Sr. Memorial 128 will Pay $20,000 to win $1,000 to start, rest of pay out will be announced soon. Ricky Brooks will be tech director for this event.

Pit Party to be held at the track of Friday night after practice

Entry list as of 7/8/2021, this is a pre entry list and is based on drivers who have told us they plan to attend the event, they have either spoke with the track, the Bigley Family or Sunshine State racing

Brandon Ford Wheel Man Series set to run 50 laps at Citrus County Speedway this weekend July 10th

The Wheel man Series will be back in action this weekend.  Who will take the series win this weekend.   This race will be broadcast by our friends Black Sails Productions on Speed51.

A lot of people have been asking for hotel information for the Bill Bigley Sr. Memorial 128.   We are going tot ry and work on some hotel deals but right now we have not secured any, but here are some close to the track in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.  These are all with in a few exits and 10 miles of the track.

Richard Ferry Takes the win in Dominating Fashion at Hendry County Motorsport Park to Celebrate 4th of July Weekend

Saturday night at Hendry County Motorsports Park  a night of hot rods and fun for the whole family as we set out to celebrate the 4th of July weekend.  The track was hot with Florida Late Models and Sprint Cars, the parking lot was filled with cars and water slides for the kids, and the air was filled by Fireworks.   This was a night in true promoter fashion as Ken Kinney did what he does best and put on a show at the south’s furthest Short track.  The night did not disappoint in anyway and their were lots of fans on site to enjoy the program.

The Florida Late Model Challenge Series made a stop this weekend at Hendry County Motorsports Park, and they did not disappoint.   Series regular and winner of the last few races Nevin Gainey had his challenges but man Richard Ferry put on a hard charge for the lead and once he was out in front, he set sail to victory lane.  The 32 of Robert Vaughan was running well out front and spun in turn three and had to go to the back which left him with a hard battle through a tough field as he tried to work his way to the front.    Florida Young Gun and an asphalt pro truck racer Granger Perra kept digging and came away with an impressive 3rd place finish.
