The Top Gun Sprint Series will be going topless at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, FL. this Saturday October 15th. With the first of two non-wing events to be held at BRP, with the next show on October 22th.
October 15th will be the first time the Top Gun Sprints have raced without the wings; many of the young drivers have never driven with out the wings.
Danny Martin Jr. is leading the points by 82 point over 2010 point champion Tim George, with Terry Witherspoon in third place 22 points behind. Mark Ruel Jr. trails Terry in fourth place by 10 points. Completing the top five only 6 points out of fourth place is Jimmy Ballew Jr. The next fifteen drivers in the point standings are Matt Kurtz, Danny Jones, Robbie Smith, Stephen Darvalics, A.J Maddox, Rich Alexander, Kenneth Laureno, Tony Agin, Ryan Partin, Kerry Gilbert, Tyler Godwin, Darren Orth, Gene Lasker, Johnny Gilbertson and Sport Allen
Joining the Top Gun Sprints will be the NLMSS Late Models, Hobby Stocks and Gladiators. Gates will open at 4:30pm with racing starting at 7:pm.
