Salem, IN (August 22, 2012) – Champion Racing Association officials have announced that McGunegill Engine Performance will partner with CRA for the McGunegill Engine Performance Fall Brawl 2012 Presented by Ultra Cool Brake Fans at Lucas Oil Raceway on Saturday and Sunday, September 29th and 30th. The event will feature a full weekend of racing action from all four CRA Series including the ARCA/CRA Super Series, JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance, the Top Speed Fabrication CRA Late Model Sportsman and the CRA Street Stocks.

As part of the promotion of this huge event, any team using a McGunegill Engine Performance engine in any of the four CRA Series will receive a free entry for their racecar to compete in the weekend’s events.

“With all four of the CRA series at Lucas Oil Raceway in one weekend, it was the perfect opportunity to show our appreciation for the racers and the fans,” remarked Dewaine McGunegill. “With some input from the CRA, we came up with a cool little idea to say thank you to MEP powered entries. Glenn, RJ and Greg always put on a great show at Raceway Park and we are proud to be a part of the 2012 Fall Brawl.”

“We greatly appreciate McGunegill Engine Performance partnering with us for this great event,” remarked R.J. Scott, Managing Partner with CRA. “Lucas Oil Raceway is the perfect place for us to host this event, but it takes a lot of support to promote an event of this nature. We would not be able to do it without the great support of McGunegill Engine Performance and Ultra Cool Brake Fans.”

Last season’s Fall Bawl was a huge success with great car counts and a good crowd on hand to watch some of the best racing of the season. The format for the weekend will be the same as last season with practice and qualifying for all four series taking place on Saturday, September 29th and all four feature events taking place in the afternoon on Sunday, September 30th.
