Orlando FL. 10-3-12 – ” We are please to make a final announcement of the sponsors that will help us at this years event. The Joey Coulter Charity 200 Race Weekend is presented by Aaron’s, Blackwater Integration of Lakeland and Florida Suncoast Unclaimed Freight Sales of Tampa. These are the major sponsors of the entire weekend. Florida Suncoast Unclaimed Freight Sales, decided to step up to the event sponsorship to help fill a gap when a major committed sponsor pulled out.
Blackwater Integration was another that when they heard of the pull out and knew the need, they too stepped up to a major sponsor of the weekend. Aaron’s is a returning title sponsor for a 5th consecutive year.
“I am very thankful to Michael Martin with Blackwater and Gary Laplant with Florida Suncoast for there support to help us when things looked a little tough for a bit. Also to my friend Phil Guadagno with Aaron’s for his continued support. They are how we are able to help the families that need funds to help them battle life threatening, and terminal illness” stated event organizer Rick Bristol. ” I encourage folks to support these businesses because of their kindness to our racing event”.
Joining these title sponsors are other great sponsors who are helping this event to be successful. Coulter Motorsports has been a part and a sponsor the past 6 years along with Biscayne Roofing. The Les & Judy Smout Foundation returns for its second time, along with Orlando Dodge, Gary Yeomans Ford and Ford Racing and the Alan Jay Automotive Group who return with 2 plus years as sponsors.
Other sponsors helping the event are Cintas the supplier of the officials shirts for the weekend, Racecar Engineering sponsoring gift certificates for the races along with Southern Race Fuels and the Sunoco Brand also with fuel certificates, along with Hoosier Tire.
“I am very pleased to have these folks support, and I know Joey is as well, I thank them very much” added Bristol.
“It is great to have great companies step up to help with this event. I look forward to seeing and meeting the sponsors at the event and I know Rick is working hard to promote it and enable us to help the children and families in need” stated Nascar driver Joey Coulter.
Also new this year is the ability for drivers to register, drivers and crews to buy advance pit passes and fans to buy their tickets with a credit card. This will make entry to the event easy, just print the electronic ticket and show it to get in. Drivers and crews will just simply have to sign in and pick up their armband, not lines to pay. You can simply go to www.carsevents.com and to the Charity 200 Race Weekend link and it is right there at top of page, click and follow directions and you can do all this on your credit card. This is courtesy of Pivotal Racing and they are donating back the normal handling fee to the Charity event. ” I am excited for this new option and David Sewell for wanting to help our charity event”.
