WAYCROSS, GA (January 7, 2014) – Officials of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series are excited to announce that Georgia Boot has signed on as the title sponsor of the 2014 season opening weekend at Golden Isles Speedway on February 6th, 7th and 8th in Brunswick, GA. The Georgia Boot “Super Bowl of Racing”, sanctioned by the LOLMDS, will consist of three full nights of racing at GIS and an open practice night on Wednesday, Feburary 5th. Both Fridaynight and Saturday night’s events will be the first “points” events of the 2014 season for the LOLMDS. Friday and Saturday’s events will also be filmed by the Lucas Oil Production Studios for broadcast on the MAVTV Network in 2014.
Georgia Boot’s expanded partnership with the LOLMDS will allow the company to use the series as a platform to continue to increase their brand awareness as “America’s Hardest Working Boot” to fans all across the country. Georgia Boot has also signed on as the presenting sponsor of the Crew Chief of the Year Award for the upcoming season. The hard working and dedicated crew chiefs within the series will compete for cash and prizes at the year end awards banquet, compliments of Georgia Boot.
