The FL United Promoters Series comes to Auburndale Speedway this Sat. 4/20 for the running of the 6th Annual Billie Harvey Memorial. This will be the first year at the tight 1/4 mile track for this prestigious race for the racer that competed at all Florida tracks back in the late 70’s and through the 80’s. Know for his famous #31 often color baby blue Billie race many different types of machines during his career. There will be over $2,000.00 in lap money and prizes added to the purse for this 100 lap event, which is race #4 for the FUPS Super late models.
Many teams have committed to appearing to compete with the ” FUPS Best Late Model Drivers” in the state. Along with series regulars, point leader and winner of the first three races will be Wayne Anderson trying for win #4. Jesse Dutilly, Daniel Webster, Jonathan Guy, David Green, Billy Bigley Jr., Daniel Keene Jr., Jeff Scofield, Joe Winchell and many more will try to keep Anderson from picking up win number four.
The FUP Legends will join the racing card along with Mini Stocks, Mod Mini’s, Bando’s, V-8 Bombers, & Scramblers for the nights action. Pit gates open for parking at 10am., grandstands open at 5pm., racing starts at 7:00pm.
