Pensacola, FL -February 7, 2011- On Saturday March 12th, 5 Flags Speedway comes back to life with a full day of testing for all divisions, appropriately dubbed as The Season Preview.
Pit gates will open at 8:30am. Rotating practice sessions will begin at 9:00am and conclude at 5:00pm. Technical inspections will available throughout the day.
Safety checks will be required for all cars prior to practice and 2011 safety decals will be provided at that time. Complete engine inspections will be done on a volunteer basis and engine seals will be available as well.
Sealed engines are highly recommended as they will allow for an easier post race inspection process throughout the season.
Hoosier tires and Sunoco Fuel will be available until 4:00pm.
There will be an informational driver’s meeting, at 12:00 noon in the grandstands. The 2011 season will be outlined and procedural changes will be explained.
There will be no admission charge to the grandstands, and fans are welcome to sit in. Pit admission for The Preview will be $10.
