” We are excited to announce this years event and feel like we can make this the biggest ever for this years families. We have two 3 year old girls both facing stage 4 Neuroblastoma Cancer. Celena Torres and Aisyln Bledsoe are so adorable and they need our help. We will have their photo’s up on www.carsevents.com soon. The third family we help this year is a friend of this Charity event and a friend of the racing community. Founder and owner of Karnac.com Jack Smith is battling bone cancer and also needs our help. Jack has helped me since back in the Charity Go-Kart races, and has really supported this event, it is an honor to help him now when he needs us” stated Rick Bristol.
“I want to thank Robert Hart for again allowing us to use Orlando Speedworld again for our event, he has been a huge supporter of the event and I am very grateful, as are many families that have been helped. We will be announcing more information such as divisions, schedule and more over the coming weeks. You can stay updated on www.carsevents.com and we will also set up info, rules, entry forms and more at www.carsracermarketing.com.
Please make you plans to be a part of this great, growing tradition, where you can help children and families facing serious and terminal illnesses. There will also be 3 other events to help raise money for these families this year. A Bowl-a-raiser will take place in early September, a 5K Fun walk/run/ride in early October and the 2nd Annual Charity Concert in early November. Maybe you like to bowl or do 5K events, please watch for more info on how you can help and participate in these events. Again all the info will be on www.carsevents.com.
