| Citrus County Speedway has reached and agreement to run an unsanctioned sprint car race on February 5th. This race will not be run under any series or club affiliation.
We are trying very hard to make this work for ALL involved. With that being said, everyone needs to put their own egos, personal agendas, and politics aside if they want to have asphalt sprint car racing at all this year. Everyone involved with asphalt sprint car racing needs to do all they can to support this event. If not, this will be the end of sprint car racing at Citrus for a very long time.
