Friday is Last Chance to Get FREE Fan Pit Pass; Outlaws Stars McCreadie, Fuller Confirmed to take on Big-Block Bests
ELBRIDGE, N. Y. – August 27, 2012 – The first 150-point race of the Super DIRTcar Big-Block Modified Series will see some of the division’s best talent taking on “The Fast Track” at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park for the Labor Day Classic Stars & Stripes 100 Sunday, Sept. 2. With the stakes getting higher and the competition getting tougher, the Big-Block Modifieds are sure to put on an earth-shattering 100-lap spectacular show over Labor Day Weekend. All tickets purchased before Friday, Aug. 31, include a FREE Fan Pit Pass, so fans who want to enter driver pits should act fast to receive this great value.
World of Outlaws Late Model Series superstars and local favorites Tim McCreadie and Tim Fuller, both of Watertown, N. Y., are both confirmed competitors in Sunday’s Super DIRTcar Series 100-lapper. McCreadie, also known by his fans as “T-Mac,” went from being the Super DIRTcar Series Rookie of the Year in 1997 to the World of Outlaws Late Model Series champion 10 years later. After getting two DIRTcar 358-Modified Series Championships under his belt in 1993 and 2003, Fuller went on to win the Super DIRTcar Series championship in 2005. Both drivers are currently vying for World of Outlaws Late Model Series points, with McCreadie third and Fuller ninth.
In addition to the Super DIRTcar Big Block Modified Series, a full show for DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds and DIRTcar Stock Cars round out the racing action for the night. The pit gate opens at 4 p.m. and grandstand gates at 5 p.m., with racing scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.
