Monroe, LA (May 21, 2010) Hold on to your hats, the 2nd Annual Battle of the Bayou is almost here at Monroe Motor Speedway. This annual events showcases the talents of the INEX Legends and Bandoleros which come from all across the South for this five day event.
On May 31st, Monday, it will be practice day for the Legends and Bandoleros plus Media Day. All Media are invited to come and get interviews and pictures of the stars of the INEX Legends and Bandoleros.
For the next five nights, the INEX Bandoleros and Legends will start racing at 7:30 pm with possibly some local classes added in each night. Those classes, if added, will be announced in the near future.
This event will bring cars from the east coast, South, Midwest, and as far away as Canada. There is a regional qualifier race which many drivers will attend as it will set them up for their chance to be in the nationals. This will be a whole week of racing kicking off on the 1st of June.
Classes to be included will be the Bandolero Bandits, Bandolero Young Guns, Bandolero Outlaws, Young Lions, Semi-Pro, Pro and Master Legends.
