TBARA Back At Charlotte This Saturday | CCMP Media
When it comes to pure breathtaking speed, nothing in Florida circle track racing quite matches the Tampa Bay Area Racing Association Winged Sprints.
This Saturday fans in South Florida get a chance to once again see one of the most spectacular racing events anywhere.
These racers get out on the edge and stay there throughout the heat races and the main event, racing side by side in what at times looks almost choreographed. Almost.
One touch of a wheel with a competitor can send both machines somersaulting down the asphalt straightaway at Charlotte County Motorsports Park. After seeing these racers in action, you develop the kind of respect normally reserved for precision flying aces.
When the TBARA come to town it is always a good idea to get to the track early, not just to make sure you get a good seat, but you don't want to miss any of the action with the fastest race cars in Florida. If you like speed, the TBARA is unmatched in circle track racing in Florida.
The TBARA runs a tough 24 race schedule beginning in February each year. Currently Troy DeCaire is leading the chase for the 2007 Championship. Many of the racers rank among America's finest sprint car racers, and are in a league of their own.

Join us this Saturday night for all the action which includes the Suncoast Van Lines Florida Outlaw Street Stocks and the always exciting Real Racin' USA Thunder Trucks. Also on the cars is the local Super Stocks, Minis Stocks, Fab 4's & Desoto Champ Carts.
Racing gets underway at 6pm and the gates open at 4pm. Bring a friend or tow and make a night of it at the new Charlotte County Motorsports Park. Have an opinion on
