Race Sponsors Announced, Exciting Changes to Charity Truckers 200

C.A.R.S. Motorsports & Racer Marketing

Orlando FL. 7-9-07 - Charity Truckers 200 promoter Rick Bristol announced today that he has reached an agreement with Biscayne Roofing & Construction to be the Primary Sponsor of the Truckers 200 race. He also announced a few changes to the planned event slated for December 14th & 15th, 2007 at Orlando Speedworld.

"I am excited to announce the Race Sponsor for this years event. The race will be known as " The Biscayne Roofing Charity Truckers 200". I want to thank Mr. Laing for his heart to help us with this great event, so we can help little baby Kaleigh. They have stepped up big for us and it is very appreciated" stated Bristol.

In other news for the event Bristol revealed that the Mini-cups, originally scheduled, have been canceled. "I thank them for there participation in the 1st annual event, and hopefully if they can work out there differences and increase their car counts we can have them back next year". Rick is working with a couple other groups to possibly run on the Friday night card, that will be announced soon.

One added attraction to the weekend will be a 35 Lap kids truck championship event. The kids will qualify for the Pole Friday night after the qualifying for the 200. They will then open the show Saturday Night with a 35 Lap ( 30min ) championship race. That race also now has a sponsor, it will be " The Ramm Transport Kids Championship 35". " I want to thank Richard Cohen for stepping up once again this year. He sponsored pole night last year and now jumps on board to help sponsor the kids race. I appreciate his heart for kids" added Bristol.

Friday night will be "Tampa Bay Truck Wash Pole Night" as earlier released. It will feature qualifying for the Biscayne Roofing Charity Truckers 200 Pole and to lock in the top 20 trucks. Then the Kids will qualify for the pole of the " Ramm Transport Kids Championship 35". Another division yet to be announced will then race and then the final race of the night will be a " $500 Winner Take all 30 Lap Strictly Stock Championship" followed by a BBQ, Music and a possible Celebrity Auction.

Saturday Night will feature a huge autograph session, from 5:30 - 6:30. Opening ceremonies will begin at 6:30 and the racing will begin at 7 p.m. The " Ramm Transport Kids Championship 35 " will go off first. That will be followed by a 30 Lap Legends car feature. Those races will both have time limits of 30 minutes. At 8 p.m. the " Biscayne Roofing Charity Truckers 200 " field will line up on the front stretch for introductions and the green flag will fly at 8:30 p.m.

You can go to www.carsracermarketing.com for all the info that will soon be updated. Rick is continuing to work to secure Nascar drivers to attend and sign autographs or even compete. As soon as those are confirmed they will be announced. For more information you can call Rick at 407-497-0448 or e-mail him at rbmini68@aol.com. If you would like to sponsor an award, a division or a race. If you would like to buy laps just give him a call. The laps are $20.00 each 1/2 goes directly to the Helmick Family. Awards are $100 each or you can put any money amount or prizes on the finishing order of the races.

"I am truly excited about the support already this early in to the planning. I am hopefully really close to signing a Title sponsor for the whole event and announcing it soon. We still need a legends race sponsor, the Strictly stock race needs a sponsor. We also need a sponsor for the BBQ and Music. If you can help us cover costs it will just mean we can really help the Helmick family in a great way. I am also excited that The Hopkins Family, last years beneficiaries will be in attendance and Tommy will give us an update on how he is doing. It will be a great weekend and event" expressed an excited Bristol.

Florida Truck racers do not want to miss the biggest short track truck race in the country, get your pre-entries in. the pre-entry is 125.00 before December 1st. It will be $175.00 at the gate. The race pays $2000.00 to win, plus lap money, awards and bonuses, and it pays $200 to start. The order we receive pre-entries determines pit entry and parking order on Friday the 14th and it decides any duplicate numbers. Make checks payable to C.A.R.S. Motorsports and Racer Marketing and send to 812 Romano Ave. Orlando FL. 32807.

Don't miss being a part of this great event to help the Helmick family and little baby Kaleigh !
