Earl Pearson Jr. and the Bobby Labone Racing Team featured in Several Magazines, Upcoming Schedule

ARCHDALE, NC (April 11, 2007)- Earl Pearson Jr. the three time dirt late model national champion and reigning World 100 champion and the Bobby Labonte Racing Team will be featured in two national magazine publications in the month of May. Stock Car Racing's May issue has a feature story on Bobby Labonte teaming up with Earl Pearson Jr. and fielding cars on the 2007 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. The May issue of Dirt Late Model Magazine will also feature Bobby and Earl and have exclusive new photos of the Bobby Labonte Racing shops in Archdale, NC where the cars are housed when the team is not racing. Earl and the LifeLong Locks Racing Team will travel this Friday April 13th to Dublin Motor Speedway in Dublin, NC for an unsanctioned $4000 to win feature event. Then on Saturday April 14th Earl and the team will travel to the super fast Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, TN for a 75-lap $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned event. Saturday's event at Tazewell will surely be actioned packed with cars turning the "Taz" in the low 11 seconds around the fast 1/3 mile track with 38 degree bankings. The 2006 Series Champion is currently tied for 7th in the national point's standings and has one win on the series in 2007. The Bobby Labonte Racing team will travel to 311 Speedway in Madison, NC next Wednesday April 18th for a pair of 35-lap features paying $5000 to win each feature. Then on Friday and Saturday April 20-21st Earl will compete at the Lowes Dirt Track in Concord, NC in the "Colossal 100" paying $50,000 to the winner. This event will be sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Late Model Dirt Series and is expected to draw over 100 competitors from all across the country. Earl's primary sponsor LifeLong Locks will be a contingency sponsor of the event and will have a display booth in the vendor area where fans can purchase the strongest locks on the market today. Earl will also have a new T-shirt design by ASI Racewear available to purchase at the ASI Racewear trailer.
