| East Bay Winter Nationals Live on RaceRPM.com | [Cedar Falls, IA] - - "Those Live Update Guys" from RaceRPM.com will return to East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, FL) for the Modified Winter Nationals. RaceRPM.com will broadcast all four night of Modified racing as a free radio internet broadcast. Nothing replaces being there, but it's the next best thing.
The open-wheel modifieds wrap up the 30th Annual East Bay Raceway Park Winter Nationals beginning on February 15, 2006. Saturday, February 18, 2006 is the final night of the modified racing action, and of the Winter Nationals, featuring an $8,000 payday to the winner.
"We had a great response after last year's modified coverage," commented Bucky Doren owner of RaceRPM.com. "Last year, our week at East Bay was the second biggest week for us at RaceRPM.com. We definitely wanted to do it again in 2006."
Days Inn Tampa North, the official hotel of RaceRPM.com while at East Bay Raceway Park, is working with RaceRPM.com to host a special Saturday morning web cast. The show will feature a few driver interviews and some insight to that nights $8,000 to win payday. "Those Live Update Guys" will release more details on this special show coming out soon.
Race fans can grab a room at Days Inn Tampa North for $45 per night for one to two people. This includes a free hot breakfast. This rate is good during the entire Winter Nationals. Joining Bucky Doren in the Casey's General Stores Clubhouse will again be Chris Nunn. Nunn made the trip to Florida with "Those Live Update Guys" for the first in 2005, and he was eager to return.
