FASTRUCKS/FASTKIDS Series Annouces OCALA TRIPLE CROWN DERBY | by Bill Green "From Behind The MIC" and Fast Series Announcer Ocala, FL (May 19th, 2005) FastTruck INC is pleased to announce the newest addition to the traveling FastTruck/FastKids Series, Ocala Speedway. The OCALA TRIPLE CROWN DERBY is so named to honor the local breeding grounds of true horse power and speed in the surrounding horse farms, stables and training facilities. This Derby however will require more than just horsepower. Teams and drivers will need consistency, good finishes and maybe a little racing luck as the Fast Truck Pros will run 50-Laps each visit and the Fast Kids would do battle for 25-Laps each week. Covering three exciting weekends, that include the Kick-Off on June 4th, 2005 that will be viewed by the over 6 million Sun Sports Network connected homes, as it will be tape delayed for the "Fast Hour" Showing on Sunshine Network. Round Two on July 31st, 2005 will now add the FastTruck/FastKids racing program the very popular Super Sunday of Motorcycles, Music and Motorsports planned that weekend. The Final Round to determine the Ocala Triple Crown Champion would be on September 3rd, 2005. Both the Fast Truck Pros and the Fast Kids would vie for a Championship Crown, adding another well deserved opportunity for recognition of the Drivers and Crews of the Fast Truck Series.
