Jessica Green scores third in first Career Race!!!

Orlando FL. ( August 28th ) - 13 year old Jessica Green in her first career race in the Kids Club racing series started 9th and would checker a strong third at race end.

Green would start last in the field due to it being her first ever race. She used some great outside passes and a couple low side moves as well to get up through the field. She was challenging for second on the final lap and nearly pulled it off.

" That was so much fun and my car was real good tonight" said Green. She drove the Century Plumbing , JRE Race Engines, Triple T Trucking special to a great finish. " I really want to thank Mr. Grynewiecz and Century Plumbing for sponsoring me and helping with the car. Mr Jim at JRE helped us a lot and Triple T Trucking as well. Thanks to all of them. I really want to thank my mom and dad for supporting me and getting me started. I mostly want to thank my little sister for giving up some of her time with dad while he works with me on the car and at the track, she is great" added Jessica.

"Rick I am pretty proud of Jessica she really paid attention in all the classes and in the practices we had. She drove a great race and used patience, aggressiveness and calculated moves out there. I want to really thank the Kids Club for doing this , I am having a blast watching her go through this deal and I know she is having a great time as well. Thanks to all our sponsors and specially to Paul at Century without him this would not be possible" said proud father Carl Green. Carl a former racer himself and head tech inspector for the FASTRUCK Series will give Jessica some good, safe cars to run in as he uses his experience to start her on her way in racing.

The next kids club race will be held at Auburndale Speedway on September 11th and Jessica looks forward to getting to start up front and challenge for a win.
