Mini Stock Challenge and GoodYear Challenge At Charlotte

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. – The Goodyear Challenge Limited Late Model Series and the Florida Mini Stock Challenge Series will each run 100-lap features on Saturday night, Nov. 1, at Charlotte County Speedway.

Both series last ran races Oct. 18. The Goodyear Challenge was at USA International Speedway in Lakeland, where veteran Larry Osteen won a 100-lapper. The Mini Stock Challenge ran a 50-lapper at Bronson Speedway. Robbie Storer edged points leader Robbie Yoakam.

In addition to the 100-lappers, the Outlaw Modifieds will also race Nov. 1 at the Punta Gorda 3/8-mile paved oval.

The grandstand gates open at 4 p.m. Qualifying will be at 6:30 p.m. with racing to follow. Admission is $15 for adults, $13 for senior citizens and $8 for children.
