Citrus County Speedway Tries Again July 19

by Larry MacMillan

Citrus County Speedway will try one more time to get the 75 lap Late Model special in this weekend and the winner will bank $2,000. Figure 8's will be added to the full race card of Sportsman, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, Hobby Stocks and Thunder Stocks. There will be practice on Thursday and Friday night again this week with hopes that the weather man will treat us a little better on race night. Four weeks off is more than enough!

Grandstand gates open at 3 with the pits opening at 2 P.M. and practice getting underway at 3 P.M. Saturday. Citrus County Speedway is located 2 miles south of Inverness on U.S. 41 at the Citrus County Fairgrounds
