Wayne Anderson returned to the asphalt at New Smyrna Speedway Thursday night to win the 125 lap Tempaco/Noritz Sunbelt Super Series event. The race marked the 10th Annual Clyde Hart Memorial, held every year near the 4th of July, to commemorate one of Florida's truly legendary figures.
Damp weather postponed the start of the evenings racing, but the 90 teams on hand for the five classes of racing put on a great show for Florida fans.
The struggling Southern Sportsman Series made a comeback with 16 cars on hand, the race won by Patrick Thomas.
Scott Bishop added to his career truck wins by taking the Advance Auto Parts Pro Truck, with Ricky Moxley coming home second.
