Bradenton, Fl. Long time “Q-Auto and Injury Attorneys” Pilot James Glover went for the hat trick on this Saturday night as he ran in three classes competing in three classes. Glover took the fast time in the Limited race and second fast in the Mod-Mini fifty-lap shoot out showing why he has always been a hired gun in all classes in the state of Florida.
Turner Tree and Landscape Limited Late Models
Justin Larson took his brand new racecar to the front and never looked back as he cruised to the victory. “We practiced Thursday and really have this car dialed in,” said Larson. Several cautions slowed the field and Joe Winchell gave it his all closing in and challenging for the top spot but Larson was able to hold him off and pull away. Winchell would settle for the second spot.
James Glover would top off his three-race night with a solid third place finish with Dustin Chisholm and Patrick Staropoli battling for the fourth spot with Chisholm taking it.

Mod-Mini Shoot Out
James Glover hopped into the ride of Marty Niekins and took it to the winner’s circle in the fifty-lap Mod-Mini shoot out. Everyone’s eyes though were on points leader Brian Dorer as he would be sent the rear of the pack but he would rub, slice and his dice his way back towards the front several times and would end up in third spot behind a great running Mitch Webb. Finishing in the fourth spot was fast qualifier Dustin Perez with Glen Kelley took fifth.

Street Stock Shoot Out
Greg Krom not only the fast qualifier for the fifty lap feature but also took the feature win. Behind the winner Krom, Joey Barnes took the second spot, third went to Max Bennett, and fourth across the stripe was James Nanney. The race though was farther back in the pack between “Chucky” Ramsey and Todd Freed Jr. battling for the fifth spot, Freed wore out the back bumper of Ramsey but Chucky was able to hold him off for the fifth spot.

James Glover was the winner in the Pure Stock feature after “the Silver Bullet” Randy Johnson was Dqed in the post race inspection. Finishing in the second spot was Chelsea Lau. This was Lau’s first visit to the winners circle and when it came to her turn she said, “I’m not used to not being lapped” as the crowd cheered her on. Third was Troy Meredith, fourth went to Robert Crisp and fifth Anthony Easton.
