IT'S TIME TO RACE!!

August 6, 2006 Hot Night at Orlando Speedworld For Outlaws Not only was the weather hot but so was the racing for "Florida's Fastest Four Cylinders" the Outlaw Modifieds at Orlando Speedworld Aug 5th. The field of 16 took on the High banks for some great racing action which ended up with Mike Bean in the Harold Perry chassis number 12 car sitting in the winners circle. Raymond "Superfrog" Jones 41 found himself the ham in the pot of Bean soup as he finished second between the Bean Brothers as Robbie Bean in the 28 car finished third. Current Points leader Cliff Steinman 23 found fame fleeting as he finished fourth and gave up 5 points to Robbie Bean which now puts the points lead back to Robbie Bean by one point Robert Campbell driving Dr holtz's Open MRI 10 car and last races winner rounded out the top 5. Billy Campbell in the 11 car Gulf Coast Tractor finished 6th. Doug Hopper in the 15 car never seemed to make it through traffic and finished 7th. Tom Meyer in the 4 car finished 8th. Craig let me be your Lawyer Sherar in the 78 car finished 9th. Newcomer Tom Giddings in the 83 car rounded out the top ten. Zack Rudd in the 2 car finished 11th and stayed straight ahead the whole race. Ric Mills 22 finished 12th. The 69 of Ric Voisey finished 13. Phillip Brigham who had a fast car all afternoon fell prey to the race gods and suffered ignition problems finished 14th. Buddy Ryan in Dee Powell's 1 car finished 15th. Matt Delaney fell out early when his battery died finishing 16th.
