Concord, N.C.\u00a0 <\/strong>The 2009 season is barely in the record books and already competitors are turning their focus to 2010, with plenty of excitement building for the 39th<\/sup> Florida DIRTcar Nationals by UNOH in February.<\/p>\n

One racer who will be ready to roll on Feb. 2 at Volusia Speedway Park is NASCAR veteran Kenny Wallace, who on Wednesday afternoon was first person to submit his 2010 DIRTcar Member application \u2013 in person, no less \u2013 to the World Racing Group office in Concord, N.C.<\/p>\n

\u201cVolusia is right around the corner and my team is building a new DIRTcar UMP Modified right now,\u201d Wallace said. \u201cI\u2019m excited to get my card, but I do have an advantage since I only live two miles from the office.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 39th<\/sup> Florida DIRTcar Nationals by UNOH turns Volusia Speedway Park into Florida\u2019s raciest nightspot from Feb. 2-13, featuring World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, World of Outlaws Late Models, Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modifieds, UMP Modifieds, UMP Late Models and All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars.
