Bradenton, FL -April 16, 2011- Another night of beautiful spring Florida weather greeted the fans and racers for a night of stock car racing at ASA sanctioned DeSoto Super Speedway.<\/span><\/p>\n Pro Trucks<\/span><\/p>\n Nick Hernandez once again showed his dominance in the DeSoto Pro Trucks as for the second week in a row he came from the back of the pack for the second week in a row to claim the win. <\/span><\/p>\n Racing heated up through out the field. Dave Davis and Bruce Bennett were battling for position and coming out of turn four the duo made contact. Davis made contact with the front stretch wall while Bennett had the from body panels flapping in the breeze.<\/span><\/p>\n Under the caution Bennett showed his displeasure with Davis by slamming into him, Davis returned the favor and both drivers were black flagged.<\/span><\/p>\n Henandez took the green and cruised to his second win in as many weeks. Dennis Colletti who has improved week after week finished second, third was Gerald Campbell, fourth across the stripe was Cheyenne Hammond and fifth went to Cory France. <\/span><\/p>\n Bombers<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe Punisher\u201d Michael Crooks has suffered his woes in the past few weeks after a strong start to the season. This week would be a different story as Crooks had the 33x machine hooked up and cruised to the victory.<\/span><\/p>\n John \u201cthe Mayor\u201d Stewart would get around Jimmy Best for the second spot, fourth was Steve Elder with Randy Spicer taking fifth.<\/span><\/p>\n The Pro-Figure 8\u2019s return to ASA sanctioned DeSoto Super Speedway after a long hiatus April 23<\/span>rd<\/span><\/sup> along with the Open Wheel Modifieds plus a full card of racing action.
