The visit by the Southern All Star Racing Series to Cleveland Speedway on Saturday August 17 will be the tour\u2019s fourth of five scheduled visits to the East Tennessee facility in 2013, with Randy Weaver of Crossville, TN winning the Shamrock 50 back on\u00a0March 9, Steve Casebolt of Richmond, IN scoring the Coca-Cola Tennessee Memorial contest back on\u00a0May 18, while Ray Cook was the series most recent winner at Cleveland Speedway back on\u00a0July 13\u00a0in the Stars and Stripes 40 event.\u00a0 The\u00a0August 17\u00a0event will be the series 107th visit to the storied facility that has produced 37 different series winners, with Dale McDowell of Chickamauga, GA topping the winner\u2019s list for drivers in Southern All Star Racing Series history at Cleveland Speedway with 17 victories.
