\"leefaulkracing\"(3-20-13) Max Papis will race in the first of a three-race schedule this Saturday night for Lee Faulk Racing. In preparation for his upcoming Nationwide race with Richard Childress Racing at Iowa Speedway, Max will pilot the #33 Late Model Stock in the 150 UARA Stars event at Hickory Motor Speedway.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am looking forward to mixing it up with the regular late model guys in the UARA race this weekend. This race is part of a few race oval commitments that I will do in preparation for my Iowa Nationwide race. I am looking forward to running strong in these races with Lee Faulk Racing.\u201d\u00a0 Papis states regarding his late model commitments.<\/p>\n

Max, who is the Uncle of former LFR standout Pietro Fittipaldi, will also compete in the Denny Hamlin Short track Showdown with the team as well as another ZLoop 100 lap event at Hickory Motor Speedway with the date TBA.<\/p>\n

Michael Faulk will serve as crew chief for Max. He had these words about the partnership. \u201cWe are all very excited to have Max behind the wheel of one of our cars. We have built a great relationship with him and his whole family through the past couple of years and it\u2019s an honor for us to have Max running with us. Not only is he a great talent, but he is a great role model and reflects well on our team.\u201d<\/p>\n
