{"id":1593,"date":"2010-05-21T17:16:12","date_gmt":"2010-05-21T17:16:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/karnac.com\/flanews\/?p=1593"},"modified":"2010-05-21T17:16:12","modified_gmt":"2010-05-21T17:16:12","slug":"2nd-annual-battle-of-the-bayou-set-for-june-1st-at-monroe-motor-speedway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/karnac.com\/flanews\/upcoming-events\/2nd-annual-battle-of-the-bayou-set-for-june-1st-at-monroe-motor-speedway\/","title":{"rendered":"2nd Annual Battle of the Bayou Set for June 1st at Monroe Motor Speedway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00a0by MMS Media<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\">Monroe, LA\u00a0 (May 21, 2010)\u00a0 Hold on to your hats, the 2nd Annual Battle of the Bayou is almost here at Monroe Motor Speedway.\u00a0 This annual events showcases the talents of the INEX Legends and Bandoleros which come from all across the South for this five day event.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><\/p>\n<div>On May 31st, Monday, it will be practice day for the Legends and Bandoleros plus Media Day.\u00a0 All Media are invited to come and get interviews and pictures of the stars of the INEX Legends and Bandoleros.<\/div>\n<div>For the next five nights, the INEX Bandoleros and Legends will start racing at 7:30 pm with possibly some local classes added in each night.\u00a0 Those classes, if added, will be announced in the near future.<\/div>\n<div>This event will bring cars from the east coast, South, Midwest, and as far away as Canada. There is a regional qualifier race which many drivers will attend as it will set them up for their chance to be in the nationals.
