CARTERSVILLE, GA \u2013 National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame Inductee Ronnie Johnson will host the \u201cTricks Of The Trade\u201d Expo on December 29 at the Colonnade Center at Benton Place Campus in Ringgold, GA.\u00a0 Johnson will share his 40 years of experience and knowledge in dirt late model racing.<\/p>\n
Also representatives from the chassis builders, shock companies, Chevrolet Performance, media outlets, track promoters, and some of the nation\u2019s top dirt late model drivers will also be on hand at the Ronnie Johnson \u201cTricks Of The Trade\u201d Expo to share information with attendees that will improve their racing programs on and off the track.<\/p>\n
The activities begin on December 29 with a Meet and Greet from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. with Classes and Seminars from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.\u00a0 The cost to attend is $299 per person, while 2012 dirt late model track and series champions will receive free admission with a paid guest.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere will be a variety of guests and representatives at the Expo to discuss and demonstrate some of the latest racing components and technology,\u201d Johnson said.\u00a0 \u201cDriving techniques, as well as car preparation, maintenance, and other topics will also be covered.\u201d<\/p>\n
Johnson hopes the Expo will not only be a learning experience, but also an enjoyable experience for the attendees.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis Expo will be held at the height of the off-season when racers have been away from the track for a few weeks, and might enjoy a break from the hectic Holiday routine,\u201d Johnson said.\u00a0 \u201cDirt track racing has a culture all its own, and there\u2019s nothing like some fellowship from friends and competitors to get that racing fix until the tracks reopen.\u00a0 So, come for the knowledge, or come for the fellowship, but don\u2019t miss it!\u201d<\/p>\n
