The previous winners for Southern All Stars at Cleveland Speedway this season included Jimmy Owens of Newport, TN on April 7<sup>th<\/sup> and Skip Arp of Georgetown, TN on May 12<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>The SAS Late Models will be competing for a $3,500 to win \/ $300 to start main event with a complete show of Practice, Qualifying, Last Chance Showdowns and the 40-lap main event. Also competing will be the Limited Late Models\/Steel Head Crates racing for a $1,200 to win main event and also A-Hobby, B-Hobby, Pony\u2019s, Cruisers and FWD\u2019s. Southern All Stars Rules and Procedures will be in affect at all times while transponders and RaceCeivers are mandatory for competition.
