Joey Coulter Truck Series LogoOrlando FL.  5-17-14 –  With the May 3rd event canceled due to a very rainy day, the Joey Coulter Pro-Truck series presented by Fellows Truck Brokers and C.A.R.S. Racing for a Cause Inc. will be back at the Dale' Saturday May 24th for race #3 on the season. Series owner and Nascar Camping World Truck Series driver Joey Coulter has plans to be in attendance for this event.
 
Chad Chastain and Becca Monopoli have found victory lane so far in the first two events and by virtue are the top two in points as well coming into this third event. Chastain has 51 points, Monopoli is just 3 behind with 48. The remainder of the top 5 in points are Brent Huber 47, Steve Darvalics 36 and Phil Ellis with 33.
 
A good field is expected to do battle on the little 1/4 bullring, with several new driver indicating they will be there for the first time on the season.

 
There will be a Friday night the 23rd practice from 5-9 p.m. $10.00 per person and over night parking is permitted.
 
Saturday the pits will open at 1 p.m. with tech and tires opening at 2 p.m. There will be a Pro-Truck only practice from 3-4 p.m. then rotating practice from 4 – 5:20 p.m. Track drivers meeting will be at 5:30 and Pro-Trucks will go on the clock to qualify at 6 p.m. with the Pro-Truck drivers meeting following qualifying and tech.
 
The evenings race schedule will be announced, but along with the Pro-Trucks will be the DAARA Antique cars, Mini-stocks, Sportsman, Street-stocks, V-8 Bombers, and Scramblers !
 
Reminder to Pro-Truck drivers this is a two tire race, any new or visiting drivers need to log two older tires and can purchase two new along with everyone else. Tires will be logged and kept by serial numbers. Call Rick Bristol 407-497-0448 with any questions.
 
Anyone who has not joined the series can do so before the event starts, as you would still be eligible for competing in 80% (12) of the events and eligible for 1 asphalt and 1 dirt drop for the season. You must join before we qualify if your going to run for points. You can join the series to save the $25 entry fee per event but would not be eligible for points money and awards.
Race Entry fee is $50 members, $75 non-members.
