Here are the Top Ten Moments of Speedweeks 1999.

10.  Trophy girls.

9.  The mighty NASCAR Tour-Type Modifieds return to New Smyrna.

8.  Bill Frye drives like a man possessed to qualify for the STARS 100 lap feature and to advance to the front of the pack in the feature.

7.  Cars, cars, cars.  They came from all over just to race.

6.  Mike Boland from Alabama races his late model at East Bay and Volusia on three wheels.  He had all four wheels on the car, the left front just never touched the ground.

5.  All Star Sprints turn laps in under 14 seconds at Volusia's half mile.

4.  The grandeur and spectacle of the Daytona 500.

3.  Danny Bagwell takes a brutal barrel roll through the tri-oval at Daytona in the Goody's Dash Discount Auto Parts 200.  The accident destroys the entire car.  All the sheet metal.  All the wheels.  The rear end and driveshaft.  And he walked away.

2.  The top six battle two by two by two in the closing laps of the STARS 100 lap feature at East Bay.
