Todd Anglani Takes Street Stock Win at Hialeah Speedway | by Marty Little Hialeah, Fla - Veteran Todd Anglani jumped to the lead on the opening lap and paced all 20 circuits to easily win Saturday night's street stock feature at Hialeah Speedway. Point leader T.C. McElyea gave chase but settled for runner-up honors ahead of Ron Wilson and Sean Bulaskas.
Victor Leo topped a very competitive cyclone field for this third win of the season. Nipping at Leo's heels was Mike Powers with Rick Ulrich, Ken Richert, and Harvey Freeman next to the stripe in the 25 lap event.
The 15 lap main combining the pure stocks and mini stocks went to Harold Cross in his Mustang with Tommy Styer, Chris Stockton and Frank Kelliher following. The win was Cross' first score since 1990.
Zane Reid was the best of the special non-winners run for the cyclones as he topped Gabe Hernandez and John Namor while Ron REgular topped the previous winners race over Powers and Rickert.
