Mother Nature didn't interfere this Saturday and we had a
great night of racing, had another 1st time winner and
some exciting action from all classes.

and had 25 cars running for their feature races in 3
divisions. The Senior division was the first on the
track. Orrin Wright #2 took the lead, #49 John Cummins

she took over the 3rd spot from Cuzzone. Lap 2 Cuzzone
pulls in with carburator problems. Weaver trying the

for the lead heating up Jonathan Guy went around Jason

Again Robbie Storer was the name at the top for the Mini

went inside of #38 Mike Margotta for 4th and under #99
Jamie Kennedy for 3rd, the next move was "awesome" Robbie
Storer went to the inside of Howell and Lawrence making it
3-wide and making the pass with no problem. Meanwhile #87
Bobby Judah spins Kennedy in turn 4 causing the yellow.
Restart #77 Lee Davis was on the move passing Margotta

had a big lead and is still undefeated. Lee DAvis 2nd,
and Donnie Howell 3rd. I know that Robbie Storer and Lee
Davis will not be at Auburndale next week, they are

A 16 car field took the green in the Super Stock race with
#51 Randy Shearer on the pole and #42 Bubba Edwards outside
they battled for several laps side-by-side and put on a good
race until lap 4. Shearer took the lead but the caution
flew when a couple cars got together and spun in turn 3 and
caused a pile-up including #16 R.J. Williams, #12 David
Williamson, #31 Donnie Harp, #80 Dustin Breeden, #62 Travis
Wilson. Wilson had the worst damage and ended up on the
wrecker but Breeden and Harp were able to return after
going into the pits for repairs. Restart #13 Aaron
Williamson went to the outside of #01 Chris Lewellen for
the 4th spot, battle for the lead Edwards went to the
outside of Shearer for lst and Lewellen went to the outside
of Shearer for 2nd, Aaron Williamson still on the outside

with Shearer then the caution came out for the debris on
the backstretch. Restart with Edwards leading the way,
Edwards went high coming out of turn 2 and Lewellen got
under him and took the lead. Meanwhile Shearer got sideways
on the frontstretch and spun collecting R.J. Williams and
Donnie Harp. Williams ended up busing a radiator but
Shearer and Harp were able to keep racing. Restart again
going into turn 3 Dustin Breeden scatters an engine and
taps the wall, Shearer was involved and slid in the oil,
but like the energizer bunny he kept going, but no one

This is his 1st year of full competition, he has been racing
alittle over a year. His sponsors are Mobility Express

race is the one he just won this Saturday ngiht, showing
patience and battling on the inside and outside for
postions. His goals for the 2002 season is to finish in
the top 5 in points, and he would like to say a "Special
Thanks" to his Dad, Mom, Wife and his Sponsors for all of
their support.

The last race of the night was the LLM which had the
biggest field yet with 14 cars and plenty of yellow flags.
#45 Sam Cressman took the lead only to have the caution
come out for #25 Billy Norris and #00 Ronnie Heard getting
together in turn 2 both continue. Complete restart with
only 1 lap down caution again Norris and Heard get together
for the 2nd time. When Norris spins Heard, Norris to the
rear and Heard maintains the 3rd spot. Restart with #1
Bart Weatherford leading the way, Cressman 2nd, DeWayne
Parker #03 spins in turn 4 after brushing the wall a lap
earlier. Lap 7 #28 Tim Gullett slowed to pull into the
infield and Parker made contact and lost some sheet metal
because of it and his hood went flying off going down the
frontstretch. Caution again, then Norris spins in turn 2
on his own. The yellow comes out. Richard Elkins Jr. #55
went to the inside of Cressman for the 2nd spot and Heard
follows dropping Cressman to 4th. Norris causes another
caution spinning on the backstretch. Weatherford still
leading 4th place Cressman spins in turn 2 everyone avoids
hitting him except his team mate Norris, ending Norris's
night, but Cressman continues. Wesley Bass #63 went to the
inside of #54 Steve Black and #71 Dave Dunkin followed
moving Black back a couple spot. Dunkin got to the inside
of Bass for the 5th spot and around #46 Tommy Cavney for

his radiator and spun, moving #65 Ollie Harbin into the
