Hurricane Debby Interferes with Action at Hialeah

(Hialeah, FL; 8/26/2000) The racers and fans were ready but the remnants of Hurricane Debby blew across South Florida Saturday night and forced track officials to cancel the majority of the program scheduled at Hialeah Speedway.

With only two heat races completed a heavy storm moved in and left
officials with no other choice. Action continues every Saturday night at the historic Miami-area speedplant.
