Advance Auto Parts, a leading automotive aftermarket retailer of parts, batteries, accessories and maintenance items, has teamed up with the FASCAR organization for the 2007 racing season. Advance will be involved with a number of programs, including title sponsorship of the fast-growing Pro Truck Series.
With the successful completion of the marketing agreement, the Pro Trucks will now be known as the “Advance Auto Parts Pro Trucks.” In addition to support of this series, Advance Auto Parts will become an associate sponsor on the Bright House Super Late Model series, which competes at Orlando SpeedWorld and New Smyrna Speedway, as well as the FASCAR Sunbelt Super Late Models and FASCAR Goodyear Late Model Series.
The Advance Auto Parts Pro Truck Series will benefit with a substantial point fund increase, provided by the series sponsor. At each series event, an Advance Auto Parts “Challenge Driver” will be selected from the first 10 qualifiers.
If the chosen AAP Challenge Driver wins the event, spectators who are holding tickets to the race can redeem the tickets at participating Advance Auto Parts locations for a free gallon of washer fluid. An Advance Auto Parts show truck will be on display at selected events and locations throughout the 2007 season.
Advance Auto Parts will add money to the point funds of the three series where the company serves as an associate sponsor. Advance will also sponsor a pole award for the Bright House Super Late Model events.
